This privacy policy explains how Enterprise iLembe Economic Development Agency (“Enterprise iLembe”) obtains, uses and discloses your personal information, in accordance with the requirements of the Protection of Personal Information Act, No 4 of 2013 (“POPIA”). At Enterprise iLembe we recognise the importance of privacy and personal information and we aim to ensure that your personal information is collected and used properly, lawfully and transparently.

  • When you make use of our website, business directory or contact us through social media;
  • When you make use of our services;
  • When you make your personal information public.
